I'm Darryl Craig — a former sales professional turned social worker, and now the founder of Vivid Vision Events. My journey hasn't been a straight line, but every step has been driven by one thing: a deep desire to help people.

That desire became non-negotiable after I lost my brother to a drug overdose. It was the most painful moment of my life, but it also gave me purpose. I threw myself into mental health and addiction support, working on the frontlines as a social worker and giving everything I had to those fighting their own battles.

Eventually, I stepped away from social work to build something that could combine creativity with impact. That’s how Vivid Vision Events was born — a company focused on bringing people together through music, comedy, and culture, while always giving back. Every event we run supports causes that matter, from mental health charities to homelessness support networks.

I'm also a part-time stand-up comedian, a published poet, and a proud advocate for the communities I represent. Whether I’m on stage with a mic, on the page with a poem, or building platforms for others to shine, my mission stays the same: to remind people they’re not alone, and to show them that even in the darkest times, there’s still a way forward.

I am Dexter Snagg, I am Director and web developer for Vivid Vision. For years I have experienced many different jobs. From 2008 - 2015 I worked my way through the Travel & Tourism from level 1-6. To Achieving my degree in Tourism Management. 

I have also, earned a level 3 In counselling in 2023. Always wanted to help others find their voice. Throughout my life, I struggle with ADHD, dyslexia, PTSD, depression, anxiety. and dypraxia. Despite, all the personal challenges, I always want to give everyone the fair chance. On which I have never got to have before. 

Due to my conditions, with many employees quickly to judge and dismiss me. Therefore, being apart Vivid Vision, is allowing me to create and hear others stories, to help connect and make them feel heard. 

Over the years there has never been a challenge wouldn't ever back down, due to the nature of my attitud, have the ability to never give up and become more receililnt to negativity. 

Always have been true to my emtions. Want to help everyone become honest and not ashamed of how they feel. Knowing there is a place for everyome to be listened to. 

Emma has worn many hats in the music industry — from Charity Fundraising Officer at a record label to Entertainment Manager at a live venue — but every role has shared the same heartbeat: connecting people through the power of music.

Her love for performance started young (she was singing before she could tune a guitar), and while she didn’t pick up the instrument until her twenties, music had always been a core part of her story. Using music as an emotional release to help manage her own emotions and mental health struggles, with the hope to one day help others too. 

That story took a heartbreaking turn in 2020 with the sudden loss of her partner to suicide. In the silence that followed, Emma found a new purpose: to honour his memory through song. Teaching herself guitar, she began to recover the melodies they once shared — and from grief, she rebuilt.

Today, Emma is a solo artist, songwriter, and all-around sonic multitasker. Hosting open mic nights, curating events, and releasing her own music.

Her music is raw, honest, and occasionally tear-inducing (in a good way), with tracks like "Slipped Away" capturing emotion in its purest form — written, fittingly, in just ten minutes.

In 2024, her talent caught the ear of Nicki Hines, leading to a deal with none other than rock legend Vicky Hamilton — yes, the very same manager who launched Guns N’ Roses. No pressure.

Whether she’s behind the scenes setting the stage or on it sharing her truth, Emma is proof that music really does heal — and sometimes even leads to a record deal.attendees! We are always looking for talented and dedicated individuals to join us.
